Woodstock and Bladon News has been covering Town Council meetings since 2022, and reports have been published in the magazine. They have now been compiled and collated into a single searchable pdf file, which can be downloaded here
Formal Town Council Minutes are available to view at www.woodstock-tc.gov.uk, and these should be used to check for accuracy.
But these Minutes are uploaded by the Council as individual documents, and searching the approximate 260 documents available on the WTC website since January 2013 (containing over 1500 pages) takes some time. As a service to residents, WOBL has amalgamated these publicly available documents into one individual pdf file, making the search much faster. They are now amalgamated into 4 different documents and can be downloaded below.
At the Town Council meeting of 2 September 2025, a ‘Copyright Policy’ was approved, and from this date a ‘Copyright’ watermark has been introduced. It is worth noting that WOBL cannot find any other Council that has such a policy in place. Also, the watermark makes the reading of the document harder.
